MQ113
- JMS and WebSphere MQ with WSAD/RAD and
WebSphere
(5 Days)
Course
Description
This course
is an intensive 2-day hand’s on workshop.
During this course we will examine the
practical use of WebSphere MQ as the
JMS provider in a J2EE application. In
a series of hands on labs using WebSphere
Studio Application Developer (WSAD), or Rational Application Developer (RAD), the
students will develop a J2EE application
on the WebSphere platform that uses the
Java Message Service to send XML messages.
The
instructions and presentations that accompany
these labs are designed to emphasize
the particular aspects of using JMS with
WebSphere MQ. Students will walk away
from this course with a sound foundation
for building J2EE applications using
the Java Messaging Service to send XML
messages, an understanding of the benefits
of using WebSphere MQ as the JMS provider,
and knowledge of the configuration issues
encountered when developing with WSAD/RAD
and WebSphere.
