WebSphere J2EE Bootcamp

Our WebSphere J2EE Bootcamp is designed to build a strong foundation in object technology, WebSphere, and Java development with WebSphere Studio Application Developer (WSAD).

Our courses are taught by experienced developers and architects. We work closely with the client to customize the courses so that they provide the students with extensive understanding and practical development techniques. Each course is based on real-world expertise and current best practices.

The first courses in the WebSphere Bootcamp provide a foundation for both developers and administrators, and are also excellent overviews for project managers.The WebSphere Bootcamp then splits into two tracks:

• The WebSphere administration track is primarily for administers and covers all aspects of WebSphere installation and configuration, J2EE application deployment, performance tuning, WebSphere clustering and security.
• The WebSphere J2EE developer track is a series of classes which teach Java with WSAD and J2EE application development with WSAD.
  
  (Optional classes include Struts with WSAD and EJB development with WSAD.)

This bootcamp approach has been quite successful with helping non-Java and non-J2EE developers and administrators to re-skill and migrate from Cobol and C environments so that they are quickly productive with WebSphere solutions.
