With proper planning, and skilled project management EAI/BAI initiatives can help to reduce
development costs, increase time to market of key business initiatives, and provide reusable
components for future projects. EAI/BAI project management professionals need a thorough
understanding of the technologies being used and have the facilitation skills necessary to
bring the various stakeholders together for a successful project.

Noospherics project managers are skilled integration professionals who will lead the development
efforts, provide guidance to the development team, and interface with the various business units
and other stakeholders involved in the project.

Our project managers will provide and maintain detailed project plans. Status reports will be
delivered at the end of each week which will identify the work performed that week, what
work is expected to be completed the next week, any problems encountered and plans to
resolve each problem. At the beginning of each week, our project managers will hold a status
review and project-planning meeting with the appropriate client personnel to review progress;
discuss and resolve open issues; and plan for the work of the week ahead.
